Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty / spa qualification.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is desirable, not essential.
• Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus!
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxing experience for guests attending as hotel guests or on spa breaks.
• Deliver a variety of treatments and advise on the best products.
• Sell products from the retail offer and book guests for additional treatments.
• Attend regular training with Elemis Ambassadors to perfect skills.
