A day in the life of…

As hotel spa therapist you’ll be responsible for ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the hotel's spa area. You’ll be knowledgeable about the different services and amenities offered and be able to provide assistance and guidance to guests as needed. Each day you can be tasked with setting up your treatment room, giving your clients the best treatments, and performing basic customer care. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you’ll provide a welcoming and friendly environment for guests.

This role is unlike any other in our hotel and you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a first class enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Shift Patterns: Monday 11am to 7.30pm & Tuesday to Sunday: 10am to 6.30pm

Contract details: This position is a 24 hour contract working weekends and week days

What do we need from you?
  • Customer Service Skills: You need to have excellent customer service to interact with guests frequently and provide assistance, guidance, and ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
  • Attention to Detail: You’ll need to be detail-oriented and capable of ensuring that the leisure club facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times. Whilst able to identify and address any issues that arise promptly.
  • Communication Skills: You’ll need excellent communication skills, to interact with guests, colleagues, and management on a regular basis and clearly to ensure that guests' needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently. You’ll be able to work well in a team and collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Level three beauty therapy is required
  • Germaine De Cappuccini in house training is provided.
  • 2 weeks of dual room shifts before being on your own, so you can gain confidence.
