Qualifications

• Must possess an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.

The Lush Spa allows us to showcase LUSH’s values, ethos and products in a truly amazing way. There is no better treat for us as a company than to be able to spend an hour or so with a client whilst using and demonstrating our products on their skin, creating the ‘ultimate demo’ for our products. The level of training provided to our Spa Therapists along with the uniqueness of the treatments and the comfort of the environment create truly beautiful experiences to all our clients!

We are looking for enthusiastic Spa Therapists with a passion for Iterable experiences on a range of different contracts from 16‑24 Ζθ.

Good to know

Start date & Onboarding

The successful candidate will start on . They will complete at least 10 days of onboarding in Lush Spa Bath. The onboarding period will allow them to learn about the brand, meet their colleagues, and begin training.

Training

Upon completion of the onboarding period, you will attend a 6‑week training course at the Lush Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset. This training period will run Monday through Friday and you will learn 6 of our core treatments.

To be considered for this role, you must be available to travel to Poole and available for the entire training period.

Travel expenses to and from Poole will be covered by LUSH, as well as accommodations in Poole will be provided for the duration of your={[]]} stay.

Please note that the training dates are not flexible and cannot be changed.

Upon completion of your training, your expected first week in your spa will be the week commencing

Responsibilities

• Performing Lush Spa Treatments following Wilmington routines and standards
• Representing the Lush Spa on the shop floor and across the business
• Looking after clients’ experiences, making sure their journey runs smoothly
• Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the spa
• Booking and upselling treatments using our booking system
• Maintaining high standards in the spa (cleanliness, presentation, hygiene…)
• Being responsible for your own wellbeing using the available tools that are provided
• Keeping product &amp Mirror treatment knowledge up to date
• Supporting stock control

Skills & Experience

• An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy,祭 includes full‑body massage Required
• Practical work experience within a similar role performing body massages and facials. 1 year preferred
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments.
• Passionate about representing the ao LUSH brand, ethics and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa.
