A leading hospitality group in Mawgan Porth is seeking a Spa Sales Team Leader to drive spa revenue and manage a talented team. This role requires support for the Reservations and Revenue Manager, decision making to enhance guest experiences, and regular reporting on spa revenue. Ideal candidates will have experience in spa sales, excellent English skills, and be proficient with hotel management systems. This position offers a permanent contract with various perks including a uniform, holiday, and discounts.
Responsible for driving Spa revenue for all Red Hotels. Spa reservations “own” any spa break reservations, day spa and treatments further supporting the wider sales team when required. Provides spa operations with support and communication ensuring this is both timely and robust. Although most decisions you will make will be based on our selling strategy at times you will be required to take short/midterm trading decisions based on historical and current trading. The role also ensures a weekly report is issued updating on ongoing spa revenue.
You’ll be working with our hotel booking system so will need to be highly computer literate and any experience with Hotel Perfect would put your CV on the top of the pile. We’re looking for an organised self-starter who will contribute to our team goals in a busy, fun and buzzing environment.
