We're looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our team - someone who embodies trust, reliability, and professionalism, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable spa journey. As the welcoming face of our spa, you'll combine efficiency and warmth to support the daily operations of our luxury wellness retreat. Your approachable leadership and attention to detail will help maintain our high standards, drive guest satisfaction, and foster a positive team culture.

What You'll Do
  • Maximise treatment room occupancy by strategically managing bookings and therapist schedules.
  • Oversee group reservations, supporting the delivery of the group budget and selling strategy.
  • Ensure all bookings are handled efficiently, with full payment taken for treatments and spa days.
  • Maintain exceptional cleaning standards and ensure all spa amenities are replenished throughout the day.
  • Manage third‑party agents and booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
  • Deliver a safe and welcoming environment by adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including pool and spa areas.
  • Proactively upsell treatments and retail products to achieve departmental goals.
  • Monitor guest feedback across platforms and communicate improvements to the Spa Manager.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, team members, and other departments to deliver outstanding service.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of spa treatments, retail products, and memberships.
  • Attend all required training and uphold company standards in grooming, presentation, and conduct.
