Job summary

De Vere Tortworth Court in Gloucestershire is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to greet guests, handle enquiries and support our spa team in delivering a 5* experience. You will manage bookings, respond to guest requests with warmth and professionalism, and help maintain a welcoming reception area for members and visitors.

Training will be provided to ensure you have a full knowledge of all the spa treatments and services on offer, to be able to answer all enquiries efficiently, but a keen and interest in spa and wellness will help to ensure you enjoy this role.
