Job summary

Springbank Primary Academy, part of Gloucestershire Learning Alliance, is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join Little Learners. You will support children aged 2-4, fostering a play-based, inclusive learning environment and contributing to outstanding early years education.

The role is 35 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, with INSET days. The ideal candidate has Level 3 EY qualification and at least one year of EY experience, and is committed to safeguarding and development

Qualifications

Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an Early Years setting.
Commitment to child development and learning through play.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
