Salary

The on-target earning potential for this role is a £19,765.20 annual salary, comprising a base salary of £19,047.60 supplemented by an estimated £717.60 in gratuities per annum, ensuring a rewarding compensation package.

LEISURE & SPA

The Leisure team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort look after the perfect place to keep fit and stay active with some of the best fitness equipment and facilities in the area. Our expert team are always on hand to welcome our guests and provide fitness advice, personal training sessions and fitness classes.

The Belfry Spa offers a luxurious escape with 20 treatment rooms and state‑of‑the‑art amenities. Guests enjoy a serene ambience in the relaxation room and immaculate care at the mani‑pedi station. The spa's renowned 'fire and ice' experience provides rejuvenation through alternating hot and cold therapies. Highly skilled therapists provide personalised treatments, delivering over 4000 treatments monthly. Nestled in stunning surroundings, the spa promises an unforgettable experience with ESPA treatments, leaving guests feeling blissfully restored and renewed.

About the role

This role is a 30 hour contract, working 5 days out of 7.

The Spa Membership Sales Advisor will play a key role in driving spa membership growth at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. This role is responsible for generating new membership leads, converting enquiries, delivering exceptional guest engagement, and supporting the wider leisure sales strategy. The successful candidate will be confident, proactive, and passionate about wellness, customer service, and sales performance.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate new membership enquiries through outreach, tours, follow‑up calls, and prospecting activity.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Leisure Membership Sales Manager.
  • Conduct engaging spa tours that highlight facilities, benefits, and membership value.
  • Convert leads into active members through strong relationship building and personalised communication.
  • Maintain accurate leads, tracking, and reporting through membership CRM systems.
  • Deliver a welcoming, professional, and premium experience for all prospective and current members.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and walk‑in appointments.
  • Support new members through onboarding and introduction to facilities and services.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for The Belfry, its standards, and its values.
  • Support spa and leisure membership campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Work collaboratively with spa, leisure, reception, and marketing teams to maximise engagement.
  • Ensure knowledge of spa facilities, treatments, and benefits remains current and accurate.
  • Assist with administrative duties relating to membership records and payments.
About You

Essential
  • Previous experience in sales, guest‑facing roles, or hospitality environments.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
  • Target‑driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours as required.
  • Positive attitude with a professional and polished manner.
Desirable
  • Experience in spa, wellness, leisure, or fitness settings.
  • Knowledge of membership sales processes and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of premium guest experience standards.
