I’m looking for an experienced Spa Manager to lead the wellness operations at a luxury five-star resort in Cyprus. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to take ownership of a high-performing spa, elevate guest experiences, and shape the future of the resort’s wellness offering.

You will oversee all aspects of spa management, from guest satisfaction and team leadership to budgeting and commercial performance. The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and guest-focused, combining excellent organisational skills with a passion for luxury service and wellness.

Your Experience

  • Fluent in English; Greek or Russian language skills are a plus
