Guest Engagement
  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
  • Provide detailed information about spa facilities, treatments, and packages, tailoring recommendations to guests' preferences.
  • Handle guest queries and resolve any concerns promptly to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
Facility Coordination
  • Ensure the spa environment is immaculate and inviting, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing facilities.
  • Monitor the stock of towels, robes, and refreshments, replenishing as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of treatment rooms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Team Support
  • Collaborate with therapists and spa management to maintain seamless daily operations.
  • Support therapists by managing schedules, preparing rooms, and facilitating smooth transitions between appointments.
  • Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about spa services and initiatives.
Administrative Duties
  • Manage bookings and check‑ins using the spa's reservation system.
  • Process payments and provide accurate billing for services and retail products.
  • Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback to enhance future experiences.
Experience
  • Previous experience in a hospitality, customer service, or spa environment is preferred.
