David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking a Spa Host to welcome members, explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, and ensure the spa is maintained to the group’s premium standards.

As an ambassador for the brand, you will deliver a warm, professional guest experience, collaborate with the team, and help create a welcoming, inclusive culture across our spa retreats.

Qualifications

• Experience in a premium customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starting attitude with pride in delivering quality experiences.
• Passion for health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members to the spa and explain therapy room benefits.
• Maintain spa areas to premium standards of cleanliness.
• Act as brand ambassador for the spa and David Lloyd Clubs.
• Support other team members to deliver a great guest experience.
