Overview

Are you an engineering graduate ready to make a real-world impact? Join a growing team delivering an innovative and essential infrastructure project that will serve millions across East Anglia. We are looking for motivated Graduate Engineers to support the delivery of multidisciplinary design for either a discrete or multiple sections across SPA. Working under the guidance of experienced design leaders, you will contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of design management activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, safety standards, carbon and innovation targets.

Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination of design teams, including internal engineers and external consultants.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ownership in design management related tasks.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of design deliverables in line with project milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to innovation initiatives.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in Health & Safety (H&S), ensuring consistent H&S standards are maintained.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering.
