Responsibilities
As a Spa Host you will provide a professional and friendly welcome to all Aqua Sana Guests, ensuring the smooth running of the Guest Service Journey and delivering the best possible experience. Working as part of a team, the role requires an outgoing approach, accompanied with enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring all guests are greeted in a bright, professional and friendly manner and ensuring their requests/queries are dealt with efficiently
 
- Working alongside the entire Aqua Sana team to ensure the smooth running of the department you will be at the heart of the guest journey, regularly engaging with our guests throughout their time with us
 
- Checking the spa and general areas on a regular basis and ensuring they are to the required standard. Escalating any issues to the Aqua Sana Duty Manager
 
- Leading a range of complimentary wellness sessions for our guests to enjoy
 
- To have a good understanding of our spa booking system
 
Hours of work
You will be contracted to work 60 hours per 4‑week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week and will include weekends as well as mid‑week shifts, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. As our venue is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public/bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
 
- Computer literacy
 
- Pre‑empts problems and seeks to find solutions
 
- Previous experience of working within a similar role / beauty industry
 
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
 
- Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues
 
- Ability to utilise excellent time‑management skills and use own initiative and teamwork
 
Desirable requirements
- Previous experience with spa / leisure booking system
