Job summary

The Bannatyne Group is seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional spa experiences in a wellness-focused environment in the United Kingdom. You will perform massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, ensuring high-quality service and client comfort.

Role involves maintaining cleanliness and equipment, building lasting guest relationships, and promoting services and products based on consultations.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Genuine passion for health, wellness and customer service.
• Desirable if experienced as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role; NVQ3 or working towards it is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures and pedicures tailored to guests’ needs.
• Provide professional, high-quality service to ensure a relaxing experience.
• Maintain spa equipment and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.

A typical day in the life of a Spa Therapist:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and more, tailored to meet guests' individual needs.
• Provide professional, high-quality service to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients.
• Ensuring the proper use of spa equipment and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
• Assist in promoting spa services, special offers and products to enhance the guest experience based on consultations.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance your skills.
• Adhering to all company health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Have an NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
• Have strong interpersonal and communications skills and a customer focused attitude.
• A genuine passion for health, wellness and customer service.
• The ability to establish rapport, build trust and demonstrate credibility.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• It would be desirable if you had knowledge of ELEMIS products and treatments along with previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role.
• It would also be beneficial if you had a NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent, or be working towards or willing to work towards.

There is an opportunity to further develop by completing a L3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
