Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Spa, wellness or housekeeping environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all Spa and Fitness areas.
• Ensure all guest amenities and supplies are fully stocked.
• Support the Spa Therapists and Reception team with daily operations.
• Provide warm and professional guest interactions.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of service and presentation.

What you’ll do

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all Spa and Fitness areas
• Ensure all guest amenities and supplies are fully stocked
• Support the Spa Therapists and Reception team with daily operations
• Provide warm and professional guest interactions, including Spa orientation
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of service and presentation

• Previous experience in a Spa, wellness or housekeeping environment is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
