Job summary

Audit & Risk Recruitment are exclusively engaged by a global technology client to expand its Internal Controls function as it prepares for US SOx compliance. This newly created Internal Controls Analyst role will support SOx readiness across the EMEA region and offers clear career progression and greater responsibility.

Reporting to the VP Risk & Controls, you will help build RACMs, design and implement controls, deploy a minimum controls framework for smaller entities, and support control

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA with strong SOx experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, global environments.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support SOx readiness across the EMEA region for all business processes.
• Assist with RACM development, control design/implementation, and GRC tool rollout.
