Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Retail Support Security Officer for M&S locations at Meadowhall and surrounding areas in the UK. You will help create a safe, welcoming and secure environment for customers and colleagues, patrolling stores and responding to incidents.

You’ll stay calm under pressure, lead with professionalism and use store technology like mobile reporting and body-worn cameras.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is preferred.
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, confident and professional approach.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe.
