A leading healthcare organization in London is seeking a Network Manager for adult critical care services. Responsibilities include improving quality of healthcare, managing complex programs, and leading a team across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate has NHS operational management experience and strong leadership skills. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £64,156 to £71,148 annually.
The South West London Adult Critical Care Network (SWL ACCN) covers five trusts in South West London (St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Epsom & St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust, Croydon Health Services, Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust) who provide critical care services across 6 sites.
The network is a key vehicle to facilitate and improve equity of access, experience and health outcomes for patients within South West London requiring critical care.
The post holder will have regular contact with a wide range of clinical and managerial staff, administrative and clerical support staff at many levels and occasionally with patients, relatives and external agencies.
We are looking for an individual with good leadership skills to influence external agencies and bodies in decision making on Critical Care services, by working with other organisations in the statutory, non-statutory and private sectors including the NHS England, Care Quality Commission, Monitor, Health and Well Being Boards, Local Education and Training Boards, Academic Health Science Networks, NICE, Royal Colleges, senates, voluntary organisations etc.
