A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager for a well-established FMCG business in South Wales. This is a hands-on role primarily dealing with account management and new business development. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 5 sales reps, nurture existing customer relationships, and identify new opportunities.   • Procuring new customers within retail, foodservice, and hospitality.
