Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial property or asset management, ideally with southern UK exposure.
• Strong understanding of UK real estate markets, particularly office, industrial, or mixed-use assets.
• Commercially astute with solid experience in budgeting, service charges, forecasting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of a southern commercial property portfolio.
• Implement and evolve asset management strategies to drive income optimisation.
• Manage lease events including rent reviews, renewals, re-gears, and lease expiries.
• Prepare and deliver client and board reporting and strategic recommendations.
