A 16th Century Hotel consisting of 30 rooms, large events space, weddings and a beautiful restaurant.

The Menu features a British theme of fresh, seasonal dishes crafted with a blend of locally sourced ingredients and culinary skills.

Your Role

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef.

• Be confident working all sections of the kitchen as required
• Be passionate and creative but most importantly learn from other talented chefs
• Be a team player and give it your all

The perfect Candidate will be looking to progress from temporary to permanent.
