A leading entertainment venue in Manchester is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join their Kitchen team. In this role, you will prepare and cook a variety of dishes while ensuring timely delivery and high standards for customer service. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of kitchen experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in high-volume settings. Evening and weekend shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Kitchen / Cooking experience required.
• Flexibility to work regular evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes, from main courses to sliders.
• Ensure food is delivered on time and to high standards.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service area.

Skills

Kitchen / Cooking experience

High volume kitchen operation experience
