We are seeking an enthusiasticSous Chef to join our dynamic team on Liverpool Street. We specialize in preparing a variety of international cuisines from scratch. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your existing skills and learn even more in a vibrant and busy environment. We are looking for a Sous Chef to work across our Bistro, Street Food, Composite Salad and Hospitality sections. We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef from a busy retail/hospitality background.

We are specialists in‑house staff dining that tops the high street, hospitality and corporate fine dining for any and every occasion, and front‑of‑house services that create a lasting first impression.

We don’t offer a one‑size‑fits‑all service solution, our services go beyond expectations and are crafted to suit every individual client. Work pattern

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday - 6:30/6:45am - 3:00/3:30pm

Salary

£40,000-£42,000 per annum

Key responsibilities
  • To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
  • To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
  • To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
  • To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
  • To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients
