Qualifications

Location: B3 3SD

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week - Saturday & Sunday, 7am to 3.30pm (ad-hoc evening events)

Key responsibilities
  • To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
  • To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
  • To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are picture perfect every time
  • To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
  • To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients
Our ideal Sous Chef will
  • Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Demonstrate brilliant financial acumen
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Must be adaptable, dependable, and capable of overseeing all kitchen operations
