Title:Sous Chef

Location: The Downs, Malvern College

Salary:£30,000 per annum (approx. 40 weeks at The Downs, 8 weeks at Malvern College). or£13.87 per hour

About the Role:

  • Work 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including weekends and a variety of shift patterns to meet business needs.



Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership role; experience in school catering is beneficial.
  • Operationally focused, with a hands-on approach to driving food quality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and rewarding environment.
