EGO - Penhow is looking for a passionate Sous Chef to lead a section, train the team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll step up in the Head Chef’s absence and help drive great food and service.

Formación

• Passion for serving great food and training great people.
• Experience running a kitchen section and delivering consistent quality.

Responsabilidades

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team with confidence.
• Oversee that the team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
