Job summary

Searcys is seeking a Sous Chef at its London venue (RICS) to lead day-to-day kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The role requires a genuine passion for creating high-quality dishes using premium ingredients, while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead chefs, bakers, and kitchen porters; mentor staff.
• Ensure training on menu, equipment, and procedures.
• Support development of the food and beverage offer; calendar delivery.
• Deliver forecasted Gross Profit Margin within budget.
• Coordinate with Head Chef on content, costing and pricing.
• Manage food orders and light equipment orders.
• Forecast food volumes for peak periods.
