Honest Burgers Ltd is seeking a Sous Chef for East Dulwich to lead a busy kitchen in a hands-on role. You will partner with the Head Chef to maintain food safety, kitchen standards and staff wellbeing, ensuring smooth service and consistent quality of burgers and fries.

In this role you’ll drive performance, support recruitment and training, and help shape a positive, loyal team culture while delivering excellent guest experiences in a high-volume unit.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and upholding food safety standards.
• Ability to manage health and safety compliance in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong leadership to drive team performance and guest satisfaction.
