Las Iguanas is seeking a confident Sous Chef to lead from the front in a busy, high-energy kitchen. You'll work with the Head Chef to deliver consistently excellent dishes and mentor your team to grow and shine.

With a passion for South American flavours, you'll balance pace with quality, uphold safety standards, and help create a positive kitchen culture where everyone loves to work and develops their skills.

As a Sous Chef, you'll be a key leader in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently great food, motivate and develop the team, and keep standards high every service. You'll lead from the front, jump on the line when it's busy, and help create a positive, high-energy environment where people love to work.
