The ideal candidate should have experience in menu planning, cost control, and ordering supplies. You should possess a creative flair and a passion for food, as well as an ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate would also have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.
