A leading hotel seeks a Sous Chef to manage kitchen operations and ensure high culinary standards. The role involves supervising junior chefs, adhering to food safety regulations, and supporting the Head Chef to maintain customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food service and capable of managing costs effectively.
Sous Chef
Full Time, 40 hours
Salary: £29,000 to £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Accommodation is available if required.
