Location: Ascot

Hours: This is a full-time contract based on an average of 40 hours per week, with 45 hours during the season (April to September) and 35 hours from October to March (excluding breaks).

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a culinary role as a sous chef or similar position
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology

  • Proven experience in supervising and leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

This is a full-time contract based on an average of 40 hours per week, with seasonal variations as described above.
