Are you a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef looking for a unique opportunity in a stunning island location? Join a close-knit brigade of four chefs in a luxury 12‑bedroom hotel with a rosette‑standard restaurant, serving high‑end Scottish cuisine using fresh, local ingredients.

Responsibilities
  • Support the kitchen team in delivering exceptional dishes to rosette standard.
  • Assist with meal planning and daily preparation.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and organization.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment.
