Aramark UK is recruiting a Sous Chef to work across 3 dynamic kitchens at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort - From buffet breakfasts to fine dining, this is a role that offers real variety.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, career-oriented individual to join the team and oversee the F&B operation. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional hospitality by ensuring top health & safety standards, fostering team development, and delivering culinary excellence.

A day in the life of a Sous Chef:

  • Assume responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Lead by example to ensure team productivity and engagement
  • Prepare and serve breakfast and dinner for up to 540 guests
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, service, and presentation
  • Support managing P&L and financials
  • Deliver first-class food throughout service
  • Manage relevant administration tasks

You'll be set up for success if you have:

  • Relevant culinary experience at a Sous Chef level
  • Proven leadership skills and team development experience
  • A desire to grow your career within an iconic location and F&B operation
  • Flexible approach to hours and duties
  • IT literacy, numeracy, and strong communication skills across disciplines
