Qualifications

  • Experience in a kitchen environment as a Sous Chef or equivalent.
  • Ability to manage a team and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Passion for serving great food and training personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Run a section and lead the team in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Support with food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
  • Train and inspire team to deliver high-quality food.
