Aramark UK is currently seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team at Sparsholt College, Winchester, SO21 2NF.

A day in the life of a Sous Chef:
  • Effective and efficient food production following recipe sheets.
  • Full knowledge of all menu items served.
  • Managing production to minimize wastage.
  • Maintaining food levels throughout service.
  • Ensuring food quality and integrity.
  • Recording volumes consumed and overproduction.
  • Assisting with shift opening and closing checklists.
  • Discussing ideas or improvements with the line manager.
  • Undertaking relevant training as required.
What you will need:
  • Resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work.
  • Own transport due to the location of the site.
  • Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks.
  • Relevant culinary qualification or at least 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP.
  • A full UK driving license is desirable.
