Job summary

Las Iguanas is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen, work closely with the Head Chef and develop the team. You will deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced setting and help maintain a vibrant, high-energy environment.

The role focuses on strong leadership, mentoring junior chefs, and upholding top food safety standards while delivering excellent guest experiences.

As a Sous Chef, you'll be a key leader in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently great food, motivate and develop the team, and keep standards high every service.
