Join one of South Cornwall's finest luxury hotels, positioned in a breathtaking coastal location with stunning sea views. This prestigious 4-star establishment, known for its exceptional dining experiences, seeks a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade.

About Us:
Our award-winning hotel offers multiple dining options, including our fine dining restaurant and casual dining venue. We pride ourselves on using the finest local Cornish produce, with particular emphasis on fresh seafood from local waters.

The Role:
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional cuisine across our dining operations.

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a quality establishment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of classical cooking techniques
• Experience in fine dining operations
• Menu development capabilities
