A leading hospitality group in Thame is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations. You will mentor the kitchen team while ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a busy kitchen environment, and a keen understanding of food cost control. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for development and great perks like health club membership and discounts across the collection.
Leading by example, you will be hands on in the kitchen working alongside your team, providing guidance and mentorship. You’ll ensure the quality and delivery of food leaving the kitchen pass is to spec, to a very high standard and presentable.
