A leading hotel recruitment agency is seeking a Sous Chef for a luxury hotel in St Albans. This role involves preparing meals using fresh seasonal ingredients and managing the kitchen brigade in the absence of the Head Chef. Ideal candidates will have experience in a busy kitchen and a strong capability to work unsupervised. The position offers a salary of up to £40k plus benefits, including team events and staff discounts.
Our client is a luxury Hotel who are recruiting a Sous Chef to work in their 2AA rosette level restaurant. You will be working with all fresh seasonal ingredients to produce food for the restaurant and celebrations/functions. You will help prepare meals for the restaurant, afternoon teas and room service. This is an excellent career opportunity to work in a high end venue. The Head Chef is looking for a strong team player who can help and encourage junior chefs. The role is 45 hours per week.
