The Role

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team at a pivotal moment. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our food offering as we redefine our place in the luxury hospitality market.

As Sous Chef, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for:

  • Supporting the Head Chef in driving the vision for our newly refreshed kitchens and menus
  • Leading and inspiring the kitchen team, ensuring exceptional standards and consistency
  • Overseeing daily operations, including ordering, stock control, and service delivery
  • Assisting with menu development, tastings, and creativity for refined, seasonal dishes
  • Ensuring full compliance with food safety, health & hygiene standards
  • Training, mentoring, and developing junior chefs as the team grows

This role offers significant scope for creativity and progression as we build a new flagship culinary identity for the hotel.

About You
