A local restaurant in Ribble Valley is seeking a dedicated individual to join as a Kitchen Supervisor. You will work alongside the Head Chef to train and develop the kitchen team, maintain the highest cleanliness standards, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence.
Working alongside the Head Chef you will be involved in recruiting, training and developing the kitchen team so that they can reach their potential. You will lead by example and deliver an exceptional standard of cleanliness, adhering to all aspects of Food Safety, Health & Safety compliance in accordance with the law and Company policy.
