Job summary

Chiquito is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in a fast-paced kitchen and lead a team to deliver bold, flavour-packed dishes.

You will maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, train kitchen staff, and uphold strict hygiene and safety practices. When the Head Chef is away, you’ll step up and take charge, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
