Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a kitchen environment, ideally as a Sous Chef.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to train and motivate a team.
  • Excellent understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Support with food ordering and preparation.

As a Sous Chef at the Bakers Arms, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
