Are you a quality-driven Sous Chef looking for work–life balance without compromising on creativity? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-known food manufacturer seeking a talented Sous Chef to join their kitchen team.

About the Role

Working Monday to Friday, daytime hours only, you’ll support the Chef Manager in delivering outstanding food across a variety of service styles — from wholesome grab-and-go options to plated dishes. This is an opportunity to bring passion, precision, and fresh ideas to a forward-thinking kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in producing food that’s full of flavour, consistent, and visually appealing.
  • Contribute to menu development with curiosity and a focus on quality ingredients and smart nutrition.
  • Help maintain a positive, high-performing kitchen culture where high culinary standards are championed.
  • Support with ordering, stock control, and general kitchen organisation for smooth daily service.
  • Uphold best-in-class food hygiene and safety while ensuring thoughtful presentation.
