Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Nottingham, United Kingdom. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and execute a la carte, specials and function menus
  • Lead and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a positive and professional work environment
  • Ensure consistent high-quality food preparation and presentation across all dishes
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen resources efficiently
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
