Job summary

Loungers is seeking a qualified Sous Chef to join Cappello Lounge’s kitchen team in a full-time role. You will lead shifts, support the Head Chef, and ensure every dish leaving the pass meets high standards.

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence, keeping service smooth and on spec from prep through to the final plate.

• Set the tone for high standards on the pass, with a sharp eye for food quality, pace, cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
• Take ownership of key kitchen routines including prep, stock control, waste, orders and shift handovers.
• Coach and support the team around you, helping chefs build confidence and deliver great food every shift.
