Job summary

A local pub and hotel in the New Forest is seeking a creative Sous Chef. In this role, you'll take control of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, leading a team to prepare fresh, seasonal dishes. The ideal candidate has a hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge, and takes pride in every successful service. We offer a supportive environment and various growth opportunities.
