Responsibilities
  • Run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, taking on their responsibilities as required
  • Assist with the training and development of junior team members, offering guidance and support
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes to the highest standard
  • Contribute ideas for menu development, ensuring creativity and consistency
  • Support the Head Chef and maintain the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen
Candidate profile / Qualifications

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual who thrives in a busy, quality-driven environment. While all applications are considered, the ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience within a premium pub or restaurant kitchen
  • Have previously held a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie role
  • Be confident working across all sections of the kitchen
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
