Sous Chef – Luxury Nursing Home | £31,200 | 40 Hours per week

As a Sous Chef in this luxury nursing home, you’ll create beautifully presented dishes that make a real difference to residents’ wellbeing.

This role offers the rare combination of creative cooking, meaningful impact, and genuine work–life balance. You’ll help design and deliver fine dining–style menus, support the Head Chef, and ensure every resident receives meals that are nutritious, personalised, and beautifully prepared.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven Sous Chef experience—nursing home or care setting preferred, but strong professional kitchen experience also considered
  • In‑depth knowledge of allergens, special diets, and nutrition/hydration
  • Confident in producing high‑quality, well‑presented dishes
  • Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
  • Food Safety Level 2 (or willingness to obtain)
